We see our cellar as a constantly evolving collection, bringing together great classics and historic vintages with artisan wines, small producers and the latest developments in the wine world. Driven by a passion for wine, this selection is designed to elevate the experience of cooking over fire.

Although we do not offer a fixed wine pairing menu, we can design a bespoke wine journey when requested in advance.
