A credit card is required

• The restaurant operates the card guarantee system, not TheFork. To the extent permitted by law, TheFork accepts no responsibility or liability for amounts charged by the restaurant or any disputes that may arise.
• All charges or card authorisations are handled directly between you and the restaurant and processed by Stripe. TheFork is not a party to this transaction.
• A credit card is required to secure your reservation, although no charge will be made at this time.
• You may cancel or change your reservation, subject to availability, free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking. If you cancel or change it after this 24-hour deadline, or fail to attend, the restaurant may charge €50 per person on your credit card.
• You authorise the restaurant to send instructions through TheFork to your card issuer to make payments using the card in the circumstances described above.
• The restaurant may cancel any reservation it reasonably considers fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.
• Contact the restaurant if you do not receive your reservation confirmation or if any details in it are incorrect.
